Please note: We can only put stockinette onto foam that is no wider then 31″.

Stockinette (Free)
Stockinette is used to protect your covers from the abrasive nature of the foam and to help with the fitting of your covers. Only used on foam seats or backs, not on larger pieces of foam.
Dacron Dacron is a spun polyester fibre. It is added to your foam order in sheet form to provide extra body to a cushion. We will add stockinette to orders requiring Dacron as this will help prevent the Dacron catching of the cushion zip during fitting. 6oz is approximately 1/2" thick and 12oz is approximately 1" thick so please allow for this when inputting your measurements. Dacron is only added to the top of the foam.

Memory Foam Topper
By selecting the 'Mercer Foam Topper' option, we will add a layer of memory foam on top of the main piece of foam you have selected. This will give an additional layer of comfort. For suggestions on depths of memory foam, see description of foam in step 2 above. The cost of the memory foam topper will be added to the total cost below.
Additional Foam Layer
You can add a layer of foam that will go on top of the piece you have just entered dimensions for, which will be bonded together and you will receive 1 piece. For example, you can add 1 inch of firm foam on top of a custom cut medium foam piece.
